About me
I work with thoughtful, high-performing individuals who are ready for a more intentional, balanced, and elevated way of living and leading. Often, my clients are accomplished in their fields like educators, leaders, creatives, busy parents, professionals and seniors, yet find themselves at a point where success alone no longer feels sufficient. There is a desire for clarity, space, and a deeper sense of alignment. This is where my work begins. I bring together coaching, education, design, and food to support a more integrated way of living—one where wellbeing is not separate from achievement, but fundamental to it.
A Considered Approach
With over two decades of leadership and teaching experience across the UK and internationally, I have worked at senior levels of education—designing systems, leading institutions, and shaping environments where people can thrive. My foundation in early childhood education continues to inform everything I do. It is where I developed a deep understanding of how confidence, behaviour, and identity are shaped—not only by what we think, but by the environments we inhabit and the rhythms we live within. Over time, my work evolved from leading organisations to working more closely with individuals—supporting those who carry significant responsibility and are seeking a way to do so with greater ease, clarity, and sustainability.
The Work
My practice is intentionally multidisciplinary, reflecting the reality that meaningful change is never one-dimensional.
As a coach I provide discreet, reflective space for those navigating complexity, transition, or growth. My coaching supports clear thinking, grounded decision-making, and a renewed sense of direction—without urgency or noise.
Through Educational Design, I design refined learning experiences for individuals and organisations who value depth, rigour, and thoughtful transformation—particularly where wellbeing and performance intersect. To me spatial & creative Design is rooted in the understanding that environment shapes behaviour. Through considered design, I create spaces that enhance focus, calm, and clarity—supporting the way you think and live.
Sharing Cookery tradition and wisdom that has been passed on to me is important work for me as
food is an essential, often overlooked, element of wellbeing. My cookery work offers a quiet return to rhythm, nourishment, and sensory experience—bringing balance to fast-paced lives.
How I Work
My approach is calm, precise, and deeply attuned.
I combine strategic insight with emotional intelligence, structure with spaciousness and high standards with quiet, consistent support. This is not about quick fixes or surface-level change. It is about creating the conditions for sustained clarity, energy, and alignment. Clients come to me when they are ready to move beyond constant output and into a way of working and living that feels more measured, intentional, and quietly confident.
My philosophy
I believe true success is not defined by how much you can carry, but by how well your life supports you in carrying it. When your thinking is clear, your environment considered, and your wellbeing prioritised, a different quality of life and leadership emerges—one that is both effective and deeply sustainable. My role is to facilitate that shift.
