My cookery practice is grounded in tradition and lived experience. The wisdom passed to me by my mother, mother-in-law, my sister-in-law and my travel around the world inform my knowledge. From practical home remedies to my understanding of food’s connection to body, mind, and soul, it is ingrained by my culture and my quest to learn more. It provided both nourishment and a foundation for further research. This is the nourishment I feel deeply committed to sharing. The culinary experiences that I curate offer a quiet return to rhythm, sensory awareness, and nourishment, bringing balance to fast-paced lives, flavours to our palate and nutrition to our bodies.
