Testimonials
"I wanted to share that our interaction was incredibly helpful for me. You created such a safe and non-judgemental space where I could openly share my concerns as a parent. What really stood out was how you helped me shift my perspective from feeling anxious and unsure to feeling more equipped and confident in supporting my child. Your questions made me pause, reflect and approach the situation with more patience and understanding. I still find myself using some of the approaches we discussed, and they've made a meaningful difference in how I respond and support my child. Your work truly had a lasting effect."

"The Literacy progression from Early years till year 7 CPD workshop provided an overview of the best practices adopted in various schools across the globe. The key learning for me was how to plan and design an integrated curriculum, a thematic approach and activities that can be included to make learning meaningful and fun."

"My key learning from the workshop that helped me grow in my teaching practice was the use of integrated learning, planning according to the individual requirement of the students, using a thematic approach to planning of a curriculum and use of carousel of activities to engage the learners. "

"Tips to handle children in groups work were very useful. Techniques to improve reading like syllabification, blending, re-reading, proved effective in improving the reading skills of the students. The resources Sugandha shared and the discussions about each child's case study gave me a better insight about the whole process. How to follow an integrated approach in the whole curriculum was also very helpful. Eventhough phonic drill had been a regular practice in my class since the beginning of the session, after rapid reading revolution course, I conducted this activity in a better way to improve the reading skills of students who needed more help. Another practice that became a regular part in the daily routine is the group reading/paired reading that has greatly improved reading skills in the students. I also became skillful enough to assess and select relevant and more appropriate books for students with different reading needs. "

"The week long Rapid Reading Revolution programme was a deeper learning in all ways of teaching practice I do and how I can make my teaching practice more effective. What engaged me most was that it was an effective, meaningful and positive presentation on relevant areas of literacy. My key takeaways from the course were the knowledge of whole language approach, its characteristics, conditions to facilitate reading such as teacher support, child's will, physical and intellectual space in creative way and cooperative play. I also learnt to use different types of reading such as guided and shared reading and how we can do it in the class as a routine. I found the pre-primary resources really useful."

"I worked with Sugandha when I was moving jobs and working in a high paced stressful work environment in India. Her consultancy/ coaching and our work together provided me a clear plan, energy to focus. It was like someone holding my hand so I can take decisions calmly with clarity, and hear my own thoughts clearly."
